RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on retail orders within the U.S. only.
Clearance items and wholesale orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN WINDOW
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to approval. Items must be returned in original, resalable condition with tags attached.
ACCEPTED REASONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
1. Received the Wrong Item
Mistakes happen! If you received an incorrect item, please upload a photo via the return form. Once confirmed, we’ll send you the correct item at no cost.
2. Received a Damaged or Faulty Item
We prioritize quality, but if you receive a damaged product, upload a photo through the return form. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement 100% free of charge.
If you prefer not to receive a replacement, a full refund (excluding shipping) can be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:
- The item is worn, washed, or altered
- The item has no original tags
- The item has a strong odor
- The product differs from its original condition
- The item was a custom order
REFUNDS
If you choose not to exchange, we can offer a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping).
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Items not returned in resalable condition may be subject to restocking fees or denied refunds.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please retain tracking info—Kahu Tribe is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- For exchanges, we cover ground shipping of the replacement item once we receive the original.
- Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges such as second exchanges or expedited delivery.
